Maximilian Groß is a medical student at the Medical University Innsbruck. After leaving his hometown of Karlsruhe, he moved to Innsbruck in 2006. He joined the Neonatal Neuroscience Group in September 2009 and is currently working on his diploma thesis concerning the effect of potential neuroprotective substances on excitotoxic brain damage.
