Judith Hagenbuchner

Judith Hagenbuchner (DI FH, PhD) is university assistant at the Department of Pediatrics IV at the Medical University Innsbruck. After her study of bio- and environmental-technologies at the FH-Wels, she changed 2006 to the Leopold-Franzens-University Innsbruck and performed her PhD thesis (PhD program: Molecular Biology) at the Pediatric Oncology Group at the Tyrolean Cancer Research Institute. During her PhD-thesis she investigated the role of the transcription factor FOXO3 on apoptosis induction and on chemotherapy resistance in neuroblastoma. After her graduation in 2009 she became lab head of the Pediatric Oncology group.

In 2011 she started as university assistant at the Department of Pediatrics IV, Division of Neonatology.
